Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 And as for him who dreaded standing before his Lord, and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Lo! the Garden will be his home. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
