(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 and has made the mountains firm: 32 A provision for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then as for him who is inordinate, 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 Will surely have Paradise for abode. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 On the Day when they behold it, [it will seem to them] as if they had tarried [in this world] no longer than one evening or [one night, ending with] its morn! 46
