Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the heavens are rent asunder, 1 And the stars dispersed, 2 and when the seas burst beyond their bounds, 3 When the graves are overturned, 4 Every soul will come to know what it has sent ahead and what it left behind. 5 O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous, 6 who has created thee, and formed thee in accordance with what thou art meant' to be, and shaped thy nature in just proportions, 7 in whatever form He pleased? 8 Even then you deny the Judgement. 9 Surely there are guardians over you, 10 noble, recording, 11 and these honorable scribes know whatever you do. 12 Verily the pious shall be in Delight. 13 and the evil-doers will be in hell 14 which they shall enter on the Day of Judgement, 15 And they will not be able to keep away therefrom. 16 How can you comprehend what the Day of Judgement is? 17 Again, what will explain to thee what the Day of Judgment is? 18 The day on which no soul will have the authority over any other soul; and on that day, the entire command belongs to Allah. 19
