The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the heaven of the constellations! 1 By the promised Day (of Judgment); 2 and by the witness and what is witnessed: 3 Woe to the makers of the pit (of fire), 4 Fire supplied (abundantly) with fuel: 5 while they sat around it, 6 And they themselves are witnesses to what they were doing to the Muslims! 7 And they did not take vengeance on them for aught except that they believed in Allah, the Mighty, the Praised, 8 To Him only belongs the kingship of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is a Witness over all things. 9 Those who persecuted the believing men and women and never repented, there is for them the punishment of Gehenna (Hell), and for them the punishment of the burning. 10 Lo! those who believe and do good works, theirs will be Gardens underneath which rivers flow. That is the Great Success. 11 Verily, (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) the Grip (Punishment) of your Lord is severe. 12 Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats. 13 He is the forgiving and the loving, 14 the Owner of the Throne, the Glorious One, 15 Always doing whatever He wills. 16 Hast thou received the story of the hosts, 17 Of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) and Thamud? 18 Yet the unbelievers still belie, 19 But Allah doth encompass them from behind! 20 Nay, but this [divine writ which they reject] is a discourse sublime, 21 written on a preserved Tablet. 22
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
