The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall make thee read (O Muhammad) so that thou shalt not forget 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 And the wretched shunneth it. 11 Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
