The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (all things) proportionately, 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 And who brings out the pasture 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 Therefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer). 9 He who fears (Allah) shall heed it, 10 And the most wicked will stay away from it. 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him]. 15 Nay, but you prefer the present life; 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
