Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 And removed from thee thy burden 2 which had been a heavy weight upon your back 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 Indeed, hardship is followed by ease, 5 verily, with every hardship comes ease! 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
