Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 So indeed with hardship is ease. 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
