Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 The which did gall thy back?- 3 And raised high for you your repute. 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 and unto thy Sustainer turn with love. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
