Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not caused thy bosom to dilate, 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 that weighed down your back? 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 Lo! with hardship goeth ease; 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
