The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken by a terrible quake 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 On that day the earth will declare all (the activities of the human being) which have taken place on it, 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 On that Day will all men come forward, cut off from one another, to be shown their [past] deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
