The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By (the horses) that charge snorting, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 And raiding at dawn 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 And is intractable in his love of worldly goods. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
