The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

By the snorting runners (the horses), 1 Striking stones with their hooves, sparking fire. 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when the contents of the graves are brought out and poured forth (all mankind is resurrected). 9 And that which is in the breasts (of men) shall be made known. 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
