The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Woe to every fault-finding back-biter, 1 Who has gathered wealth and counted it, 2 Does he think his wealth will abide for ever with him? 3 By no means! They will be thrown into hutamah. 4 And what do you know what the Crusher is? 5 The fire of Allah, that is ablaze. 6 Which mounteth up to the hearts. 7 It will engulf them. 8 in extended columns. 9

God the Almighty always says the truth.
