Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 And does not urge to feed the needy. 3 Woe to those who pray 4 [But] who are heedless of their prayer - 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
