Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Hast thou observed him who belieth religion? 1 It is he who pushes the orphan away, 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 Woe, then, unto those praying ones 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
