Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 For that is the one who drives away the orphan 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 Woe to those who pray 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 They who would be seen, 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
