Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Say: "I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of the daybreak, 1 against the evil of whatever He has created. 2 From the evil of the darkness when it is intense, 3 From the evil of sorceresses who blow incantations on knots, 4 and from the evil of the envier when he envies." 5
True are the words of God the Almighty.
