People (Al-Naas)

6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Say: I seek refuge with the Lord and Cherisher of Mankind, 1 the King of men, 2 the God of men, 3 from the mischief of the whispering, elusive prompter who returns again and again, 4 Who whispereth unto the breasts of mankind, 5 From among the jinn and the men. 6

True are the words of God the Almighty.
