He is the irresistible, (watching) from above over His worshippers, and He sets guardians over you. At length, when death approaches one of you, Our angels take his soul, and they never fail in their duty. 61 Then are men returned unto Allah, their protector, the (only) reality: Is not His the command? and He is the swiftest in taking account. 62 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Who rescues you from the darkness of the land and the sea (dangers like storms), when you call upon Him in humility and in secret (saying): If He (Allah) only saves us from this (danger), we shall truly be grateful." 63 Say: 'God delivers you from them and from every distress; then you assign Him associates.' 64 Say: 'He is able to send forth upon you chastisement, from above you or from under your feet, or to confuse you in sects and to make you taste the violence of one another.' Behold how We turn about the signs; haply they will understand. 65 Thy people (O Muhammad) have denied it, though it is the Truth. Say: I am not put in charge of you. 66 and that for every prophecy (about you which comes from God) there is an appointed time (to come true) and that they will soon experience it. 67 When you see them argue about Our messages, withdraw from their company until they begin to talk of other things. In case the Devil makes you forget, leave the company of these unjust people the moment you remember this. 68 And naught on their account shall be on those who fear but admonition that haply they also may become God-fearing. 69 And leave alone those who take their religion as play and amusement, and are deceived by the life of this world. But remind (them) with it (the Quran) lest a person be given up to destruction for that which he has earned, when he will find for himself no protector or intercessor besides Allah, and even if he offers every ransom, it will not be accepted from him. Such are they who are given up to destruction because of that which they have earned. For them will be a drink of boiling water and a painful torment because they used to disbelieve 70
