When the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease said: Their religion hath deluded these. Whoso putteth his trust in Allah (will find that) lo! Allah is Mighty, Wise. 49 If thou couldst only see when the angels take the unbelievers, beating their faces and their backs: 'Taste the chastisement of the burning -- 50 in return for what your own hands have wrought - for, never does God do the least wrong to His creatures!" 51 (Their way is) as the way of Pharaoh's folk and those before them; they disbelieved the revelations of Allah, and Allah took them in their sins. Lo! Allah is Strong, severe in punishment. 52 This happened because Allah is not one to change the favour which He has bestowed upon a people until they have changed their attitude. Surely Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. 53 In the manner of the people of Firon and those before them; they rejected the communications of their Lord, therefore We destroyed them on account of their faults and We drowned Firon's people, and they were all unjust. 54 For the worst of beasts in the sight of Allah are those who reject Him: They will not believe. 55 They are those with whom thou didst make a covenant, but they break their covenant every time, and they have not the fear (of Allah). 56 If ye gain the mastery over them in war, disperse, with them, those who follow them, that they may remember. 57 If you are afraid of the treachery of some of your allies, you may disregard your treaty with them. God does not love the treacherous ones. 58
