And the dwellers of the Rock certainly rejected the apostles; 80 We showed them miracles but they ignored them. 81 And they used to hew out dwellings from the hills, (wherein they dwelt) secure. 82 So the scream overcame them at morning. 83 and of no avail to them was all [the power] that they had acquired. 84 We created not the heavens, the earth, and all between them, but for just ends. And the Hour is surely coming (when this will be manifest). So overlook (any human faults) with gracious forgiveness. 85 Surely your Lord is the All Knowing Creator! 86 And We have bestowed upon thee the Seven Oft-repeated (verses) and the Grand Qur'an. 87 [so] turn, not thine eyes [longingly] towards the worldly benefits which We have granted unto some of those [that deny the truth]. And neither grieve over those [who refuse to heed thee,] but spread the wings of thy tenderness over the believers, 88 And say: "I am indeed he that warneth openly and without ambiguity,"- 89 (We have given you the Quran) as We had given (the Bible) to those who divided themselves into groups 90 And severed their Scripture into fragments. 91 So, by your Lord, We would most certainly question them all, 92 About their deeds. 93 Proclaim then, what you are commanded and turn away from the unbelievers. 94 Surely We suffice to deal with those who scoff at you, 95 Those who ascribe another God along with Allah; so they will soon come to know. 96 We know indeed thy breast is straitened by the things they say. 97 When (you feel so) glorify your Lord with His praise and prostrate yourself before Him, 98 and worship your Lord until what is certain [death] comes to you. 99
