And mention in the Book, Moses. Indeed, he was chosen, and he was a messenger and a prophet. 51 And We called to him from the blessed side of the mountain, and We made him draw nigh, holding communion (with Us). 52 And with Our mercy We bestowed upon him his brother Haroon, a Prophet. 53 And recite in the Book the account of Ishmael. He was ever true to his promise, and was a Messenger, a Prophet. 54 And he ordered his people to pray and to give charity and his Lord was pleased with him. 55 Also mention in the Book the case of Idris: He was a man of truth (and sincerity), (and) a prophet: 56 We raised him to a high place. 57 Those were the ones upon whom Allah bestowed favor from among the prophets of the descendants of Adam and of those We carried [in the ship] with Noah, and of the descendants of Abraham and Israel, and of those whom We guided and chose. When the verses of the Most Merciful were recited to them, they fell in prostration and weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ Then, there has succeeded them a posterity who have given up As-Salat (the prayers) [i.e. made their Salat (prayers) to be lost, either by not offering them or by not offering them perfectly or by not offering them in their proper fixed times, etc.] and have followed lusts. So they will be thrown in Hell. 59 except he who repents and believes and does good works; those shall be admitted to Paradise and shall not be wronged in any way. 60 Theirs shall be the Gardens of Eden, which the All Merciful has promised to His servants without their having seen them, and most surely His promise shall be fulfilled. 61 They shall not hear in it anything vain; they shall hear only what is good; and they shall have their provision in it, morning and evening. 62 Such is the Paradise which We shall cause those of Our servants who have been God-fearing to inherit. 63 (The angels will say): "(O Muhammad!) We descend not except by the command of your Lord. To Him belongs all that is before us and all that is behind us, and all that is in between. Your Lord is not forgetful in the least. 64 And thy Lord is never forgetful, Lord He of the heavens and earth and all that is between them. So serve Him, and be thou patient in His service; knowest thou any that can be named with His Name? 65
