Man is prone to say: "Shall I be raised to life after I die?" 66 But does man not remember that We created him when he was nothing before? 67 By your Lord, We shall gather them and the devils together, then bring them crawling on their knees around Hell. 68 Thereafter, We shall surely draw aside, from each sect, whichever of them against the Compassionate were most in excess. 69 and then We shall know well all those most worthy to be cast in Hell. 70 There is not one of you but shall pass by Hell. This is a decree which your Lord will fulfil. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 When Our clear revelations are recited to those who deny the Truth they are wont to say to those who have faith: "Which of the two groups has a better status and whose assemblies are grander?" 73 And how many a generation (past nations) have We destroyed before them, who were better in wealth, goods and outward appearance? 74 Proclaim, “For one in error – so the Most Gracious may give him respite; to the extent that when they see the thing which they are promised – either the punishment or the Last Day; so then they will come to know for whom is the evil rank and whose army is weak.” 75 And Allah increases in guidance those who go aright; and ever-abiding good works are with your Lord best in recompense and best in yielding fruit. 76 So have you seen him who denied Our signs and says, “I shall certainly be given wealth and children?” 77 Has he penetrated to the Unseen, or has he taken a contract with (Allah) Most Gracious? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall add and add to his punishment. 79 All that he speaks of will belong to Us, and he will come into Our presence all alone. 80 And they have taken (for worship) aliha (gods) besides Allah, that they might give them honour, power and glory (and also protect them from Allah's Punishment etc.). 81 By no means! They shall soon deny their worship and shall become their adversaries instead. 82
