Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the Day whereon We shall gather the God-feaing unto the Compassionate as an embassy. 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 having no power of intercession, save those who have taken with the All-merciful covenant. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 Surely, you have brought a monstrous thing! 89 The heavens may almost be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 And it behoveth not the Compassionate that he should take a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Indeed those who believed and did good deeds the Most Gracious will appoint love for them. (In the hearts of other believers.) 96 So We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue that you may give good news to those who take heed, and warn the people who are contentious. 97 How many generations have We destroyed before them! Do you sense even one of them, or hear a whisper from them? 98
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
