Whosoever worketh righteous works, and he is a believer, there shall be no denial of his endeavour; and We are for him the Writers. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 until Gog and Magog are let loose, and begin swooping from every mound, 96 the while the true promise [of resurrection] draws close [to its fulfillment]. But then, lo! the eyes of those who [in their lifetime] were bent on denying the truth will stare in horror, [and they will exclaim:] "Oh, woe unto us! We were indeed heedless of this [promise of resurrection]! - nay, we were [bent on] doing evil!" 97 Indeed, you [disbelievers] and what you worship other than Allah are the firewood of Hell. You will be coming to [enter] it. 98 Had these been gods, they would not have gone down thereunto; and all of them therein shall be abiders. 99 They will groan in pain therein, but no one will listen to them. 100 Surely (as for) those for whom the good has already gone forth from Us, they shall be kept far off from it; 101 They shall not hear the slightest sound of it (Hell), while they abide in that which their ownselves desire. 102 They will not be grieved by the greatest terror, and the angels will meet them, [saying], "This is your Day which you have been promised" - 103 On that Day, We shall roll up the heaven like a written scroll is rolled. As We originated the first creation, so will We bring it back again. This is a binding promise on Us which We shall assuredly fulfill. 104 We had prescribed in the Book of Psalms after the reminder and admonition, that those of Our creatures who are good will in the end rule the earth. 105 Lo! there is a plain statement for folk who are devout. 106 We sent thee not save as a mercy for the peoples. 107 Say: 'It is revealed unto me only that your God is One God; do you then surrender?' 108 If they turn away, tell them: "I have warned you all alike. I do not know if what has been promised you is near or far away. 109 Surely He knows what is spoken openly and He knows what you hide; 110 And I do not know if this is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time' 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge Thou with truth! And our Lord is the All-merciful; His succour is ever to be sought against that you describe.' 112
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
