It was He who produced for you hearing, eyes, and hearts, yet little is that you thank. 78 And He it is Who hath sown you broadcast in the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what their predecessors of yore had said. 81 "When we have died and become dust and bones, will we be raised up again? 82 Our fathers and we have been given such promises before. These are no more than ancient legends." 83 Say thou: whose is the earth and whosoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will surely say: "Allah's." Say: "Then why do you not take heed?" 85 Say: "Then who is the Lord of the seven skies? And who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?" 86 They will say, "(They belong) to Allah." Say: "Will ye not then be filled with awe?" 87 Say, "In whose hand is the realm of all things - and He protects while none can protect against Him - if you should know?" 88 They will reply spontaneously, "It is God." Ask them, "Why has falsehood bewitched you?" 89 Nay, but We have brought them the truth (Islamic Monotheism), and verily, they (disbelievers) are liars. 90 God has never given birth to a son and there is no other god besides Him. If there were, each god would have taken away his creatures and claimed superiority over the others. God is too exalted to be as they believe Him to be. 91 [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, so high is He above what they associate [with Him]. 92
