Say: My Lord! If Thou shouldst show me that which they are promised. 93 “Therefore my Lord, do not group me with the unjust.” 94 Indeed, We are able to show you that which We promised them. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We know that which they describe. 96 And say: My Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from suggestions of the evil ones, 97 I seek refuge in You lest they come to me." 98 (But the unbelievers will persist) until when death comes to one of them he will say: "O Lord, send me back again 99 That I may work righteously in that which I have left. By no means! It is but a word he uttereth; and before them is a barrier until the Day when they shall be raised. 100 So when the Trumpet is blown – so there will neither be any relationship among them* that day, nor will they ask about one another. (The disbelievers) 101 Only those whose scales are heavier in the balance will find happiness. 102 And he whose balances shall be light - these are they who have lost themselves; in Hell they are abiders. 103 The Fire will burn their faces, and they will therein grin, with their lips displaced. 104 (They will be told), "Were Our revelations not recited to you and did you not call them lies?" 105 They will exclaim: "O our Sustainer! Our bad luck has overwhelmed us, and so we went astray! 106 O our Lord! take us forth from it; then if we return, we shall be wrong-doers indeed. 107 He will say: 'Slink there in it and do not speak to Me' 108 Among My servants, there were those who said, "Lord, We believe, so forgive us and have mercy on us. You are the best one to show mercy." 109 "But ye treated them with ridicule, so much so that (ridicule of) them made you forget My Message while ye were laughing at them! 110 Surely I have rewarded them this day because they were patient, that they are the achievers. 111 He shall say, 'How long have you tarried in the earth, by number of years?' 112 They will say: "We stayed a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep account." 113 He will say: ye tarried a little indeed; would that ye had known that. 114 "Do you imagine that We created you without any purpose and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 So, exalted be Allah, the True King! There is no god but He, the Lord of the Great Throne. 116 And whoever invokes (or worships), besides Allah, any other ilah (god), of whom he has no proof, then his reckoning is only with his Lord. Surely! Al-Kafirun (the disbelievers in Allah and in the Oneness of Allah, polytheists, pagans, idolaters, etc.) will not be successful. 117 So say: "O my Lord! grant Thou forgiveness and mercy for Thou art the Best of those who show mercy!" 118
