Al-Mu' minoon 6 of 6
Pray, "Lord, if you would show me that [the punishment] of which they have been warned, 93 "My Lord! Then (save me from Your Punishment), and put me not amongst the people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doing)." 94 And verily We are Able to show thee that which We have promised them. 95 Repel evil by what is best; We know best what they describe. 96 And pray: "My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the suggestions of the evil ones; 97 I even seek Your refuge, my Lord, lest they should approach me." 98 [For such is the state of the disbelievers], until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 so that I may do good works in the world I have left behind." Never! It is indeed but a meaningless word that he utters. A barrier shall stand behind such people till the Day they are raised up again. 100 Then, when the trumpet [of resurrection] is blown, no ties of kinship will on that Day prevail among them, and neither will they ask about one another. 101 Then those whose balance (of good deeds) is heavy,- they will attain salvation: 102 whereas they whose weight is light in the balance - it is they who will have squandered their own selves, [destined] to abide in hell: 103 Their faces will be scorched by flames, and they will grin and scowl within it. 104 [It will be said]. "Were not My verses recited to you and you used to deny them?" 105 They will say, “Our Lord! Our ill-fate overcame us, and we were the astray people.” 106 Our Lord! Oh, bring us forth from hence! If we return (to evil) then indeed we shall be wrong-doers. 107 He shall say: Go away into it and speak not to Me; 108 Verily there was a party of My bondmen who said: our Lord! we have believed, wherefore forgive us and have mercy upon us, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones! 109 but you made them a target of your derision to the point where it made you forget all remembrance of Me; and you went on and on laughing at them. 110 “Indeed this day I have rewarded them for their endurance, so that it is they who are the successful.” 111 [Allah] will say, "How long did you remain on earth in number of years?" 112 They will say: "We stayed for a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count of this." 113 He will say: ye tarried a little indeed; would that ye had known that. 114 What, did you think that We created you only for sport, and that you would not be returned to Us?' 115 Now Allah be Exalted, the True King! There is no Allah save Him, the Lord of the Throne of Grace. 116 He who crieth unto any other god along with Allah hath no proof thereof. His reckoning is only with his Lord. Lo! disbelievers will not be successful. 117 Say, "Lord, forgive us and have mercy. You are the best of those who show mercy." 118

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
