Most Auspicious is He Who created lofty towers in the sky and placed a lamp in it, and the luminous moon. 61 And it is He Who hath appointed the night and the day a succession, for him who desireth to consider or desireth to be grateful. 62 And the servants of the Beneficent Allah are they who walk on the earth in humbleness, and when the ignorant address them, they say: Peace. 63 They are those who spend the night worshipping their Lord, prostrating, and standing, 64 And these who say: our Lord! avert from us the torment of Hell; verily the torment thereof is perishment. 65 it is an evil abode and an evil resting place": 66 And those who when they expend, are neither extravagant nor sparing, and it is a medium in-between. 67 who do not invoke any god but Allah nor kill a soul, which Allah has forbidden, unjustly, nor commit adultery. -He who does this shall be punished for his sin, 68 doubled for him on the Day of Resurrection is his punishment, and therein he shall live, humbled, 69 Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous work. For them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful. 70 Those who repent and act righteously have truly returned to God, 71 And those who witness not falsehood, and when they pass by some vanity pass by with dignity. 72 And those who, when they are admonished by the commands of Allah, fall not down thereat, deaf and blind. 73 and who pray "O our Sustainer! Grant that our spouses and our offspring be a joy to our eyes, and cause us to be foremost among those who are conscious of Thee!" 74 They will be awarded the high place forasmuch as they were steadfast, and they will meet therein with welcome and the ward of peace, 75 therein to abide: [and] how goodly an abode and [how high] a station! 76 O Muhammad, tell the people, "MyLord does not care at all if you do not invoke Him. Now that you have denied (His Revelation), you will soon be awarded such a punishment which you will never be able to avoid." 77
