۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 Most surely these are a small company; 54 and they have enraged us, 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable place. 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
