۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities, 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 Then We bade Moses strike the sea with his staff. And it parted, and each part was like a huge mountain. 63 In the meantime We made the others approach that place. 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Verily! In this is indeed a sign (or a proof), yet most of them are not believers. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
