Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 "I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 107 So be fearful of God and listen to me. 108 I seek of you no reward for this: my reward is with none except the Lord of the Universe. 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They said: "Should we place our trust in you when only the condemned follow you?" 111 He said, “What do I know what their deeds are?” 112 Their reckoning is upon my Lord, if ye but knew. 113 I am certainly not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am nothing but a plain warner." 115 They said: "If you cease not, O Nuh (Noah)! You will surely be among those stoned (to death)." 116 He said: "My Lord! My people have branded me a liar. 117 so give true deliverance between me and them, and deliver me and the believers that are with me. 118 So We delivered him, and those with him, in the laden ship, 119 Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones. 120 There is certainly a sign in that; but most of them do not believe: 121 But surely your Lord is mighty and merciful. 122
