The people of Noah cried lies to the Envoys 105 when their brother Noah said unto them: "Will you not be conscious of God? 106 I am a trustworthy messenger for you: 107 "So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 110 ۞ They replied: 'Are we to believe you whom the lowliest follow' 111 He said: "And what knowledge have I of what they used to do? 112 It is only for my Lord to take account of them. Would that you made use of your understanding! 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 Said they: "Indeed, if thou desist not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be stoned to death!" 116 He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. 117 therefore, judge decisively between me and them; and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 then afterwards We drowned the rest. 120 In this there is evidence (of the truth) but most of them do not have any faith. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
