The people of Noah also rejected the messengers. 105 when Noah, their brother, said to them: 'Will you not be cautious? 106 I am for you an honest Messenger, 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 I ask of you no wage for this; my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being; 109 Hence, remain conscious of God, and pay heed unto me!" 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe in you when no one has followed you except the lowest ones". 111 (Noah) said, "I have no knowledge of their deeds. 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 "And I am not going to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a clear warner." 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will, certainly, be stoned to death." 116 He said: my Lord! verily my people have belied me. 117 Therefor judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgment, and save me and those believers who are with me. 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then afterward We drowned the others. 120 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not believers. 121 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace 122
