And [then] the trumpet [of resurrection] will be blown - and lo! out of their graves towards their Sustainer will they all rush forth! 51 (nervously) exclaiming. “Alas for us! Who roused us out of our sleeping-place?” “This is what the Merciful One had promised, and what (His) Messengers had said was true.” 52 It will be no more than a single Blast, when lo! they will all be brought up before Us! 53 So today no soul shall be wronged anything, and you shall not be recompensed, except according to what you have been doing. 54 Indeed the companions of Paradise, that Day, will be amused in [joyful] occupation - 55 They and their spouses, in shade on couches shall be reclining. 56 [only] delight will there be for them, and theirs shall be all that they could ask for: 57 "Peace be with you," will be a greeting for them from the Merciful Lord. 58 "But stand aside today, O you who were lost in sin! 59 ۞ Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you not worship Satan - [for] indeed, he is to you a clear enemy - 60 and that you worship Me? Surely, that is the Straight Path. 61 And indeed he (Satan) did lead astray a great multitude of you. Did you not, then, understand? 62 This is hell which ye were promised (if ye followed him). 63 Roast well therein this Day for you were unbelievers' 64 Today We shall seal up their mouths and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will bear witness to their misdeeds. 65 If it had been our Will, We could surely have blotted out their eyes; then should they have run about groping for the Path, but how could they have seen? 66 And if it had been Our Will, We could have transformed them (to remain) in their places; then should they have been unable to move about, nor could they have returned (after error). 67
