In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By those who set the ranks in battle order 1 And those who restrain by reprimanding, 2 and the reciters of a Remembrance, 3 Lo! thy Lord is surely One; 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – and the Lord of the sun’s rising points. 5 We have adorned the lower heaven with the adornment of the stars 6 to protect them from the rebellious satan. 7 They cannot listen to the exalted assembly and they are thrown at from every side, 8 cast out [from all grace,] with lasting suffering in store for them [in the life to come]; 9 And if any is able to snatch a fragment, he is pursued by a piercing flame. 10 So ask them for a pronouncement -- Are they stronger in constitution, or those We created? We created them of clinging clay. 11 No wonder you are surprised as they laugh with scorn. 12 And when they are reminded, they mind not, 13 and, when they see a sign, would scoff; 14 And say, "This is nothing but evident sorcery! 15 "What! when we die, and become dust and bones, shall we (then) be raised up (again) 16 "And also our fathers of old?" 17 Say thou: "Yea, and ye shall then be humiliated (on account of your evil)." 18 There will only be a single jerk, and they will gape, 19 They will say, "Woe to us! This is the Day of Reckoning." 20 [They will be told], "This is the Day of Judgement which you used to deny." 21

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
