We certainly bestowed Our favor upon Moses and Aaron 114 And We delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress. 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 [and so,] when [We decreed the doom of his sinful town,] We saved him and his household, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138
