Al-Saaffaat 4 of 5
And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 and We saved them and their people from the awesome calamity [of bondage,] 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 Then We destroyed the rest. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 Or at night. Then how is it you do not understand? 138

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
