We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 We left him thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among the following generations -- 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
