Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 and in the night; will you not understand? 138
