Say thou: I am but warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer. 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between the twain, the Mighty, the Forgiver. 66 Say: It is a message of importance, 67 (And) you are turning aside from it: 68 I had no knowledge of the Exalted Assembly when they argued [against the creation of man]: 69 I have only received revelation to give you plain warning. 70 Recall what time thy Lord said unto the angels: verily I am about to create a human being from clay; 71 So when I have fashioned him and breathed into him (his) soul created by Me, then you fall down prostrate to him." 72 Thereupon the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together, 73 except Iblis who puffed himself up with pride and became a disbeliever. 74 Said He, 'Iblis, what prevented thee to bow thyself before that I created with My own hands? Hast thou waxed proud, or art thou of the lofty ones?' 75 He said: I am better than he: me Thou hast created of fire, and him Thou hast created of clay. 76 (Allah) said: "Then get out from here, for verily, you are outcast. 77 My curse will remain upon you till the Day of Judgement!" 78 Satan said: “My Lord, then grant me respite till the Day that they are raised up.” 79 Said Allah, “You are therefore among those given respite.” 80 till the Appointed Day." 81 [Whereupon Iblis] said: "Then [I swear] by Thy very might: I shall most certainly beguile them all into grievous error 82 "Except Your chosen slaves amongst them (faithful, obedient, true believers of Islamic Monotheism)." 83 Said Allah, “So this is the truth; and I speak only the truth.” 84 I shall assuredly fill Gehenna with thee, and with whosoever of them follows thee, all together.' 85 Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee for this, and I am no simulating. 86 This is nothing else but a reminder to all the worlds, 87 You will certainly know its truthfulness after a certain time. 88

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
