Say: I am only a warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer (of all): 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- Exalted in Might, able to enforce His Will, forgiving again and again." 66 Say thou: it is a tiding mighty. 67 but you have turned away from it. 68 I had no knowledge of the Exalted Assembly when they argued [against the creation of man]: 69 I am told (about matters) by means of revelation only because I am a clear warner.” 70 When your Lord said to the angels; Surely I am going to create a mortal from dust: 71 So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration." 72 Thereupon the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together, 73 save Iblis; he waxed proud, and was one of the unbelievers. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis! What prevents thee from prostrating thyself to one whom I have created with my hands? Art thou haughty? Or art thou one of the high (and mighty) ones?" 75 (Iblis) said: "I am better than he: thou createdst me from fire, and him thou createdst from clay." 76 The Lord said, "Get out of here. You deserve to be stoned! 77 Upon you will be My damnation till the Day of Doom." 78 He said: my Lord! respite me till the Day whereon they are raised up. 79 He (Allah) said: 'You are among those that are respited 80 for an appointed time". 81 [Iblees] said, "By your might, I will surely mislead them all 82 Except Thy servants from among them, the purified ones. 83 Said He, 'This is the truth, and the truth I say; 84 That I shall fill Hell with thee and such of them as shall follow thee, all together. 85 Say: I do not ask you for any reward for it; nor am I of those who affect: 86 It, (the Quran), is nothing but a reminder to you from the Lord of the Universe. 87 And ye shall surely come to know the truth thereof after a season. 88
