Say: 'I am only a warner. There is no god except Allah, the One, the Conqueror, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between the twain, the Mighty, the Forgiver. 66 Say: It is tremendous tidings 67 (And) you are turning aside from it: 68 "No knowledge have I of the Chiefs on high, when they discuss (matters) among themselves. 69 I am told (about matters) by means of revelation only because I am a clear warner.” 70 Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man from clay: 71 So when I have made him complete and breathed into him of My spirit, then fall down making obeisance to him. 72 Thereupon the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together, 73 Except Iblis (Satan) he was proud and was one of the disbelievers. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis! What prevents thee from prostrating thyself to one whom I have created with my hands? Art thou haughty? Or art thou one of the high (and mighty) ones?" 75 He said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire, whilst him Thou didst create of clay. 76 'Begone' said He, 'you are stoned'. 77 My condemnation will be with you until the Day of Judgment!" 78 He said: my Lord! respite me till the Day whereon they are raised up. 79 He said: “You are of those who have been granted respite 80 for an appointed time". 81 Said he, 'Now, by Thy glory, I shall pervert them all together, 82 Save Thy bondmen among them Sincere. 83 He said: The Truth is, and the Truth I speak, 84 that I shall certainly fill hell with you and your followers all together". 85 Say: I do not ask you for any reward for it; nor am I of those who affect: 86 “It is not but an advice for the entire world.” 87 You will know the truth of the matter after a while.” 88
