To such will be said, “O My bondmen! This day there shall be no fear upon you, nor any grief.” 68 (Ye) who believed Our revelations and were self-surrendered, 69 Enter the Garden, ye and your spouses, joyfully. 70 Therein are brought round for them trays of gold and goblets, and therein is all that souls desire and eyes find sweet. And ye are immortal therein. 71 for such will be the paradise which you shall have inherited by virtue of your past deeds: 72 Ye shall have therein abundance of fruit, from which ye shall have satisfaction. 73 The sinners will certainly dwell for ever in the torment of Hell. 74 it will not be lightened for them; and therein they will be lost in hopeless despair. 75 And We did not oppress them at all, but they themselves were unjust. 76 They shall call out: “O Malik, let your Lord put an end to us.” He will reply: “You must stay on in it. 77 Certainly We have brought you the truth, but most of you are averse to the truth. 78 Have they determined an affair? then verily We are also determining. 79 Do they think We do not hear their secret and that which they conspire! Yes, indeed Our angels, who are present with them write it down. 80 Say: “If the Merciful One had a son, I would have been the first one to worship him.” 81 But -- exalted be the Lord of the heavens and earth, the Lord of the Throne -- He is far above their [false] descriptions. 82 So leave them plunging into false discourses and sporting until they meet their day which they are threatened with. 83 for [then they will come to know that] it is He [alone] who is God in heaven and God on earth, and [that] He alone is truly wise, all-knowing. 84 Exaltations to Him to whom belong the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them! With Him is the knowledge of the Hour and to Him you shall be returned. 85 And those [beings] whom some invoke beside God have it not in their power to intercede [on Judgment Day] for any but such as have [in their lifetime] borne witness to the truth, and have been aware [that God is one and unique]. 86 And if thou ask them who created them, they will surely say: Allah. How then are they turned away? 87 And for his saying, 'My Lord, surely these are a people who believe not' -- 88 Yet bear thou with them, and say: "Peace [be upon you]!" - for in time they will come to know [the truth]. 89
