To God belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth. And on the day when the Hour is come, upon that day the vain-doers shall lose. 27 And you shall see every nation kneeling down; every nation shall be called to its book: today you shall be rewarded for what you did. 28 This is Our Book, that speaks against you the truth; We have been registering all that you were doing.' 29 As for those who believe and act righteously, their Lord shall admit them to His Mercy. That indeed is the manifest triumph. 30 As for the infidels, (it will be said): "Were not My messages read out to you? But you behaved with self-conceit, and became a sinful people. 31 When it was said: 'The promise of Allah is true, and of the Hour there is no doubt' you replied: 'We do not know what the Hour is, we guess, assuming, and we are by no means certain' 32 Then will appear to them the evil (fruits) of what they did, and they will be completely encircled by that which they used to mock at! 33 "We shall ignore you today," they will be told, "as you had forgotten the meeting of this Day. Your dwelling place is Hell, and there is none to save you: 34 That is because you took the verses of Allah (the Koran) in mockery, and you were deluded by your worldly life' So that Day they will not be brought out of it; nor shall they be repentant. 35 All praise be to God, Lord of the heavens, Lord of the earth, Lord of all the worlds. 36 His is the glory in the heavens and the earth. He is the Most Mighty, the Most Wise. 37
