Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By those [winds] scattering [dust] dispersing 1 And those who bear the load (of rain), 2 And those [ships] sailing with ease 3 And those [angels] apportioning [each] matter, 4 Verily that which ye are promised is true; 5 And the judgment must most surely come about. 6 The heavens webbed-with-tracks is witness 7 Certainly, you have different ideas (about Muhammad SAW and the Quran). 8 perverted in his views thereon is he who would deceive himself! 9 Cursed be the liars, 10 Who are in a gulf (of ignorance) neglectful; 11 They ask: When is the Day of Judgment? 12 (It is) the day when they will be tormented at the Fire, 13 Taste your persecution! this is what you would hasten on. 14 As to the Righteous, they will be in the midst of Gardens and Springs, 15 Receiving what is given them by their Lord. They were surely the virtuous before this. 16 They slept but a little at night, 17 and at dawn would ask forgiveness, 18 In whose wealth the suppliant and the deprived had a share. 19 In the earth there is evidence (of the Truth) for those who have strong faith. 20 There is also evidence of the Truth within your own selves. Will you then not see? 21 In the heavens there is your sustenance and that which you were promised (Paradise). 22 And by the Lord of the heavens and the earth, it is the truth, even as (it is true) that ye speak. 23
