(Muhammad), remind them, by the Grace of your Lord, that you are neither a soothsayer or an insane person. 29 Or they allege, “He is a poet we await a calamity of the times to befall him.” 30 Say (unto them): Except (your fill)! Lo! I am with you among the expectant. 31 Do their minds command them to do this, or are they an outrageous folk? 32 Do they say: 'He has invented it' No, they do not believe. 33 Then let them produce a statement like it, if they should be truthful. 34 Or were they created out of nothing? Or are they the creators? 35 Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, but they are sure of nothing! 36 Or have they the treasures of your Lord with them? Or have they been set in absolute authority? 37 Or do they have a ladder whereon they can climb and attempt to listen (to what is transpiring in the Higher Realm)? Then, let any of them who has listened to it produce a clear proof of it. 38 Or does Allah have daughters whereas you have sons? 39 Or is it that thou dost ask for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?- 40 Or do they have knowledge of the Unknown which they write down? 41 Or do they intend a plot (against you O Muhammad SAW)? But those who disbelieve (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism) are themselves in a plot! 42 Do they have another god besides God? God is too exalted to be considered equal to the idols. 43 And if they were to see a fragment of the heaven falling, they would say: A heap of clouds. 44 So leave them alone until they encounter that Day of theirs, wherein they shall (perforce) swoon (with terror),- 45 The Day their plan will not avail them at all, nor will they be helped. 46 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is another punishment (i.e. the torment in this world and in their graves) before this, but most of them know not. [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 36]. 47 And be patient, [O Muhammad], for the decision of your Lord, for indeed, you are in Our eyes. And exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord when you arise. 48 And in the night also hallow Him, and at the setting of the stars. 49
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
