Have you considered he who turns his back, 33 And gave a little, then stopped (giving)? 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the unseen, thus, he sees (all things)? 35 Did not the news reach him, of that which is mentioned in the Books of Moosa? 36 And of Abraham who fulfilled his trust? -- 37 That no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another 38 That man can have nothing but what he strives for; 39 That (the fruit of) his striving will soon come in sight: 40 then, he shall be recompensed for it in full repayment 41 And that thy Lord, He is the goal; 42 And that He it is Who makes (men) laugh and makes (them) weep; 43 and that it is He who makes to die, and that makes to live, 44 It is He who has created spouses, male and female, 45 from an ejected drop of sperm; 46 And that upon Him (Allah) is another bringing forth (Resurrection); 47 and that it is He who gives wealth and riches, 48 and that it is He alone who sustains the brightest star; 49 And that it is He Who destroyed the (powerful) ancient 'Ad (people), 50 Thamud, 51 and the people of Noah; they were the most unjust and rebellious people. 52 He plunged the villages 53 and then covered them from sight forever. 54 Then which of thy Lord's bounties disputest thou? 55 This is a (Prophet) like that of the ancient warners (Prophets). 56 The Hour that was to come draws ever nearer. 57 There is no one to unveil it apart from God. 58 Do you, perchance, find this tiding strange? 59 and do you laugh, and do you not weep, 60 And you are lost in play! 61 So fall you down in prostration to Allah, and worship Him (Alone). ۩ 62
