Al-Najm 3 of 3
Seest thou one who turns back, 33 Gives a little, then hardens (his heart)? 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the unseen, thus, he sees (all things)? 35 Or is he not informed with what is in the Pages (Scripture) of Musa (Moses), 36 and Abraham, he who paid his debt in full? 37 To wit, that a burthened soul shall not bear the burthen of another. 38 and that a man shall have to his account only as he has laboured, 39 and that in time [the nature of] all his striving will be shown [to him in its true light,] 40 and that he shall then be fully recompensed, 41 and that the final return is to your Lord, 42 And that He it is who maketh laugh, and maketh weep, 43 And that it is He (Allah) Who causes death and gives life; 44 and that it is He who creates the two kinds - the male and the female 45 From a sperm-drop when it is emitted 46 and that He will bring about the Second Creation; 47 and that it is He who gives wealth and riches, 48 It is He who is the Lord of Sirius. 49 And that He did destroy the Ad of old 50 and Thamud tribes, 51 And before them, the people of Nooh? Indeed they were more unjust and more rebellious than these! 52 And the overturned towns He hurled down 53 and caused them to be covered with that which He covered them with. 54 Concerning which then, of the bounties of thy Lord, canst thou dispute? 55 This is a warner of the warners of old. 56 The imminent Hour has drawn near, 57 None besides Allah can avert it, (or advance it, or delay it). 58 Then at this statement do you wonder? 59 And you laugh and do not weep 60 Wasting your (precious) lifetime in pastime and amusements (singing, etc.). 61 Prostrate yourselves before Allah, and serve Him. ۩ 62
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
